At autumnstudio, every order is freshly made with care after it is placed. As part of our brand policy, we do not offer returns or refunds once a product has been sold.
Please Note:
- All custom-made orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges
- Products purchased during sales, discounts, or using coupon codes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
- Exchanges or returns will not be accepted if the customer does not like the material, fit, or colour of the outfit
(We recommend carefully reviewing the product description and images before placing an order) - Return/Exchnage requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery
- Approved Exchanges will be delivered within 7-10 working days.
- Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting and screen resolution and will not be considered a defect
- A detailed size chart is provided on each product page to help you choose the correct size
Refunds Are Applicable Only in the Following Cases:
- Package lost in transit
- Damaged or incorrect product received
- Approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
In such cases, customers must:
- Share clear photos of the product
- Provide a proper unboxing video
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
Requests received after 48 hours will be considered invalid.
